Topic: Kernel Panic???

I need help from all of you guys, i'm using ASUS mainboard with 2,266 GHz P4 Processor, and 512MB RAMBUS 1 1/2 years ago, then, suddenly it got a message "kernel panic" then the internet connection suddenly down. after 2 weeks, i run it again, and it's works for 1 1/2 weeks time, and then it got kernel panic again    when i try to reinstall it again, it said that CPU error???    
can somebody please give me a hand?

P.S: i got 2 sets of RAMBUS memory which was 256MB for each, when i unplug one, the Bios doesn't want to run and after i plug it, it runs????? gosh...
