I am looking to integrate such things as: Group creation, user account creation, virtual domain management, and ibay management into a streamlined interface thats easier for my staff to cope with. I want to when a customer calls: create a group for their company create the person calling a user account and make them a member of their company group. if they decide they want web hosting I would like to be able to use a simple interface to pick the options for the ibay and virutal domain so the operator doesnt have to really know any of this except fill in the form.
