Hey there everyone,

Please could somebody help me. I dont know to much, so please bare with me.
Im getting this error message :- Can't connect to MySQL server on '192.168.10.1' (111)
This is through IE browser. The ip is my server ip, SME 6,
The program is a logging program (PHP). i follow the instructions and when it gets to the part where i configure it it gives this error.
