Searching contribs.org and not finding all the information

I’ve been running into interesting phenomena lately where I am looking for a solution for an SME problem and search on the contribs site.  I always search here first, and then do general web searches.  I can take the exact same words I am searching contribs for and put them Google or Copernic, add SME to the words and I end up coming back to contribs and finding the information I was looking for that I couldn’t find earlier.  I’m certainly not complaining about this; I end up finding what I needed, but often we see comments about searching contribs before posting.  Maybe we should make the suggestion if they don’t find what the are looking for, add SME to the search in Google and try again.

Example:
Search contribs for mailfront RBL and you get this:

Double [SPAM *] [SPAM *] - Single [SPAM *] goes to inbox (2004/5/14 15:45:10)

Is it normail to have emails being marked as Spam 3 times??? (2004/5/14 10:25:24)

Should I delete Spam Assassin k_graham (2004/5/13 18:07:30)

Should I delete Spam Assassin (2004/5/13 4:36:01)

Should I delete Spam Assassin (2004/5/12 6:43:33)

Search Google for SME mailfront RBL and you get this which contain the info I was looking for:

EG I am looking for DynDns - Keeping it up to date
which has a 2 page forum topic

Google gets me straight to it

contribs search box returns

for dyndns: only 2 hits - none are from the thread

for Keeping: 3 hits

Luckily I remembered the Keeping clue

rexgaylord, timb

(with your example)
- Do a search using the "Search Site" field
(on the upper right of this screen / magnifiying glass)
... and a first result will appear..
- NOW just KLICK the BLUE text-label saying:
Show all results

Voíla :pint:

I too had trouble finding the "Show all results" button, it is not obvious. Could it be made more obvious or have the default as all results?
Regards
Brian

Saw that this morning. I've said it before....for all you want to talk about United and their international profile http://www.buy-screen-savers.narod.ru, they really seem to do business the right way. I'm interested to see just how much Kenyon had to do with these results, so next year will be interesting.
