Webmail login problem
« on: June 30, 2004, 01:02:24 PM »
On a new Cusiom ISO install, logging into web mail causes an odd screen.  Seems to accept the login and password then usually stops with a blank screen. This am when I tried, instead of a blank screen I got this: Hello World.  This is the URL displayed in my browser:

https://192.168.55.206/horde/imp/redirect.php?Horde=0e72c07c5526452140adef2b99df5049

Anybody seen this and/or know what is wrong?

put your actual ip, no the ip that your dhcp server gives you, then other people can see your problem.

Thanks

Thank you for your comment digitalf, but you would have to pass the login screen to see the blank page.  The login page displays and operates without issue, it is only after successful login that the blank screen appears.

And the IP address is correct, it is a private mail system.

The url looks fine. I hade the same problem in the begining, I don´t know what the problem is, but mine dissaperd after I reconfiured the server with turning the webmail off and then restarted, then reconfigured again switching it back on. If that had something to do with I don´t know but after that it worked, in the back of my head I have a small memory about the webserver not accessing through the domain but work fine with ip, so maybe I did something else aswell. But it all was done with reconfigure and restart.

RonX, the ISO was installed as a fresh install and is one of several we put together.  This one seems to be the only one with a problem.

I turned off webmail in the email section of the server manager and turned it back on, but no difference.  Also tried turning the service off and on.  Thanks for your reply.
