Topic: Contribs.org Mirroring stats

Does anyone at contribs.org have stats for downloads and bandwidth use?  I am inquiring because I may be able to offer mirroring capabilities, but will need assistance with administration etc.  I won't make a final decision until I know what the stats are. I have a 1.5 down/386 up.

I a sour your offer is appreciated but unless you have a t1 or t3 line I don’t think you will get a response. It is to risky hosting on a home line or low end business line.

I would think that a connectivity and bandwidth throttle would be applied. It is a lower end business line, not residential.

I was just trying to contribute since it appears like there is only one US mirror.

I hope you didn’t take my suggestion as an attack or criticism. I did not intend it that way. You are probably right about the throttling. I am not adding anything to your post with this post so feel free not to respond to my comments after this as it will just add clutter to you thread.
