Set its internal IP to 192.168.0.1

Thanks for replying. This may work fine but the only problem is that the Linksys router does not have a place to configure an internal IP. It allows a configuration of the external IP only.

The model No. I'm using is: BEFSR41

Take a look at page 31 of the user guide on the page you linked to. The default is 192.168.1.1.

This was changed by my ISP to the external IP address. Sorry for not pointing this out at the beginning.

Is it your router or one "on loan" from them?

If yours, note down all of the external settings and do a factory reset.

You can then "play" to your hearts content.

(Of course if anything does go wrong, you can do what I have done before and plead ignorance - mentioning a poercut etc. and get them to send you a new config file ;) )

(actually, may be better to note down all of the settings just in case the ISP is not as forthcoming as mine - Demon UK - was ;) )

well, here is an interesting issue. I have just discovered that all iBays do not open from outside the network. Not only webmail. I even made the public access to the Entire Internet (no password required) for all the iBays, and to make sure has disabled php and cgi for those iBays. The main website "Primary" is working perfectly. It's only the ibays and webmail.

I'm not sure what is going on, but it does not make any sense. This is very weird.
