Topic: Mulit-level hosts for virtual domain

I wasn't sure how to title this post or how to search for the answer. Anyhow:

I have setup a Virtual Domain on server 6.01.

company.com

What I want to do is register hostsnames with the format:

officename.company.com
&
www.officename.company.com

Adding the first one is ok but when I try and add "www.officename" as a host it won't let me.

Is there a way to do this in the server-manager or do I have to "hack" the actual files?
