I'm not sure if it's working properly or not.   I keep getting some 500 internal server errors on some pages.

Feel free to take a look at the site if you want.
I'm getting errors on links like  Sell and Register not sure if it's scripting errors or a problem with Perl as I'm not sure I activated it correctly.

How were the scripts uploded to the server?
You should use ftp, and use ASCII mode.

The other possibility is permissions. Check the docs to see what file premissions are needed. You may have to log in with a secure shell to set permissions from the command line (or use midnight commander). I found my ftp client wont always set permissions properly
