SME Web Cache

Is there a way to stop SME from Caching websites? I am trying to access a web dev location through an SME box and it seems to cache the content and my server changes are not displayed for anywhere from 15 min to 24 hours it seems. Is there a default setting that I can set to Zero or 20 secconds or something?
Thanks in advance.

There is contrib for configuring squid properties, that will help you to exclude your domains from caching.

I cant seem to find the contrib of which you speak. Also, I really dont need a caching server here unless there is more to it than just web caching... Can I just put an rc.local command in to 'squid -k shutdown'? And not run squid?
