Email problem after new install

:hammer: Hi All, Need help on this one
A little history first
SME 6 has been running well until 1st hard drive failed, Has a 2nd 80 gig drive mounted to /home/e-smith/files, and stores files in Ibays.
I replaced the failed drive, and installed SME 6.0.1-01, I then restored from desktop the original sme backup created before any files were placed on the 2nd drive.
I tested the setup, and could fetch mail from the ISP,
logon the network and browse same, logon as another user ok.
I then mounted the 2nd hard drive and could see all my ibays over the network, also read and write to them.

Now the problem!

All Email retreived externally is being treated as mail for unknown users and being sent to the User account acting as Admin.

Email sent to users locally is being sent fine.

I have been over this a couple of time now and can't see what's wrong.

All help greatly accepted.

For your information
somehow the primary domain got screwed up, I don't know how or why apart from there seemed to be some sort of DOS attack about that time.

I had tried to reinstall the SME again on the first drive, and then remount the second drive, but this did not help either.

So a Full install to both drives and configuration was needed, then restore data to the Ibays.
