Nameserver data:

company.xx  SOA ns.company.xx
mail CNAME ns.company.xx
www CNAME ns.company.xx
ftp CNAME ns.company.xx
company.xx MX [1] mail.company.xx

This was provided by my ISP (they say that this is my DNS address)

I have not found where to put this in e-smith manager,
Any solutions PLS help,

Please be sure that you have read the E-smith User's Guide. If
you purchased your e-smith server from E-smith, the Guide will
be included. Otherwise you can download it as a PDF or PostScript
file from the e-smith ftp site.

Most of this information does not need to be configured into the e-smith
server. You need to know the IP address of your Internet link - from what you say
it will match ns.company.xx in the DNS. You configure the IP address of
your Internet link via the console GUI. You also need to configure the domain
name for which you accept email - you do this via the Name and Domain
link of the E-smith manager web interface.
