Topic: pptp won't let me through

Hi Everyone !

I'm trying to make a connection to a sme 6.0 via pptp but it won't work.

The log of the sme says :
 The remote system is required to authenticate itself but I couldn't find any suitable secret (password) for it to use to do so.


What am I doing wrong ?

may pay to say what software the client machine is running.
Is it Ms Win2k/XP?

Hi Everyone !

The client is running xp. I found out that the user and password was missing from chap-secrets. I now get a connection.
