Hi have 2 problems with my fresh sme 6.0

1-the fetchamail scheduling of every 5 min is too long for me how to decrease it?

2-In the webmail panel in the date field display hour/time of message instead of date (20:26:04 instead of 24.08.2004).How fix it?

Any help will be appreciated
