Topic: Softlimit setting for qmail

Can anybody tell me where to find the softlimit setting in 6.0.1-01? It seems that everytime I setup spam and virus checking the server will not send mail. I had always been able to solve this by upping the softlimit for qmail in the tcpserver. So far I have not been able to find the file to up the limit to see if this is the problem.
