Just a simple question I hope, maybe this has been answered somewhere else but I couldn't find it. The six teams for which members and leaders are being sought, could someone give a brief breakdown of what each team will be doing?

It all sounds good to for someone to provide a little structure to the many people who contribute to the SME project and I hope we can all be patient with the inevitable difficulties that arise with any new organisational setup!

Well, the team title says it all. It will be upon the teamleader what exact tasks there will be and that will be based on team leader meetings to get in sync and determine 'priorities and tasks'.

We're starting off here and remarks like yours are VERY welcomed to get things started.

I can't code, but can hack some.  I'd be willing to be a tester and report what I find.

If there are more than one team leaders volunteering, they they should rotate after a few months. Prevents exhaustion.
