Topic: Upgrading to MySQL 4.0.20 and PHP 4.3.8

I am wanting to upgrade to MySQL 4.0.20 and PHP 4.3.8 on my Contribs SME Server 6.0.1, I am in need of a clear step-by-step instructions or even better for me would be an rpm that does the whole update to MySQL and then another for PHP and I don't have to type in any config commands except to install the RPMs

Any Help would be appricated.
