Topic: Creating users with server manager

In server manager I tried to create a new group and get this error. I currently have 24 groups defined.
I had a "global" group define which contained all users like the "everyone" group which had been working fine but recently some users were not getting the global messages. I deleted the group and then tried to recreate it again but got an error message

Error: the group "global" can't be created because there is already a group-deleted account of that name.

So I tried to create a different account called "allusers" but I also received an error:

Create, modify, or remove user groups
Operation status report
"An error occurred while modifying user group"

Does anyone have any ideas as to why this might be?

and try '/sbin/e-smith/db accounts delete groupname', where 'groupname' is the name of the group.

then create the group again. Please test on on testbox first! I did not test this.
