I just added new ibayand virtual domain, but I cant get stats on them with awstats. It shows only older ones. I tried to reinstall awstats, but it didnt help. Is there any way to configure it?

Did you ever get this issue resolved?  I think I know how to do it, at least I had the same problem as you and I was able to fix it.
