Topic: Domain Controller

I have not long set a up SME 6 server as a firewall for a friend's small business.  I now want to use it as a domain controller and samba server etc.

Have "ticked box" in SME settings, and added accounts also.
I can add each machine to the domain OK from within Win XP Pro on workstations, but after rebooting them I can't log onto domain using account(s) already created.  Get generic Microsoft "password wrong or machine account doesn't exist on domain" type message.

What am I missing please ?

(About me - in the past I have managed NT and W2K domains, but this is my first "outing" in using a Linux box as a "Windows server".    )
