TX and RX Packet Errors

For the past couple of days I have noticed a big slow down on my internet connection.
I ran ifconfig and found alot of errors below is the posted results. What could cause these errors? The results are from only 36 hours uptime.

Probably a bad NIC (eth1), exchange it for new one and do further testing.
