all user account created will work for any domain that you have setup, if you require the same e-mail address for multiple domains, then you need to look at aliasing to other user account, the easiest way is to hope over to dungog.net and pick up his vdomian addon for like $25
and save yourself the woke of setting up the templatesd maually.

Thanks for your reply

If I understand a user account will work on both domains What I want to do is set a user account that will work on 1 domain but not the other

You'll need to purchase the Dungog Vdomain add-on from http://www.dungog.net/sme/products.php

Alternatively you can use this rpm
dungog-mailblocking-1.0-4.noarch.rpm
from here
http://www.dungog.net/sme/files/index.php
to block email for specific domains/addresses

and this HOWTO
http://mirror.contribs.org/smeserver/contribs/rmitchell/smeserver/howto/virtual%20domain%20email%20aliases%20HOWTO%20for%20sme%20server.htm
to allow email for different domains to go to different user accounts.
