Topic: Installing proxy-auth rpm

I've downloaded the e-smith-proxy-auth utility from Damien Curtain and am having trouble installing it.  I'm just now learning Linux and SME so have no real experience installing rpm files.  When I try I get a lot of "error: open of ....." errors and the install just dies.  Can anyone point me to some install steps?  Thanks!

Thanks. I finally got it working.  There was a file inside I had to get out first and then install.  Then I did a pico and found some instructions for commands to activate the package.  I can see who is surfing to where now.  Thanks for the help.
