Is it possible to host multiple websites on my SME-server 6.0.1,
I've 1 ipadress for this server
Can someone help me with that?

I've done that...
I have two domains from
www.gotdns.org
. Both are pointing to the same IP-adress. (You can have up to five domains for free1)
Make an ibay, and then configure a virtual domain in SME. Add the name of the domain, and to which ibay this domain should be directed..
Then you have to add come content, but that is another story...

FYI:
It's actully Apache which sees the difference.
There is something called "Name-based Virtual Hosts" in Apache, which does the trick. Its a nice feature, which is documented here..
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/vhosts/name-based.html
Everything is defined in httpd.conf.
