http block manager

Hi,
I know there is some contrib for blocking url's. I would like to suggest to make a "core" sme thing for blocking url's, content types and the like.

It could just generate a squid.conf with acl's.

Seems like more and more of this stuff is needed nowadays with the whole company surfing all day.
One could make one-button "block video&audio" and block "msn/yahoo etc".

Would be nice to make it modular so people can pop in their own recipes to block msn and the like.

If anyone is interested to work on this I could set up some sort of logic on how to do this with squid.conf. But my programming is not upto implementing it.
