Topic: Greater Control Over Permissions

I am looking to use SME for a fileserver but I have some questions regarding file permissions for the ibays.

Can you, for example create a share where one group of users can read/write to it but not delete directories?

Are there some addons I'm missing for easier control of controlling the users/groups?
