Topic: Having 2 email servers, one receiving the email of the other

I would like to have a setup like this with 2 SME Servers acting as email servers:

MYCOMPANY.COM  (with a dedicated IP address)

FACTORY.COMPANY.COM (in a another city with a dynamic IP adress from a ADSL provider)

MYCOMPANY.com server must collect all the email for both its domain and FACTORY.COMPANY.COM.

What I want to do is make the SME server at FACTORY.COMPANY.COM request at certain times (maybe each 10 minutes) any new email available from
the outside world. It should connect to MYCOMPANY.com server.

I can´t put a fully dedicated IP at FACTORY.COMPANY.COM location because there aren´t
ISP providers there and only can have Internet access with a limited satellite connection.
