man I created a whole help file on how to open ports. the average guy who followed it had no problem with it.

now you pull the info out of the forums and search feild... and put up crypto text in it's place. How is this helping the customer???

Please tell them How They open Ports without studying a 5 page manual.. when you do that then come talk to me about common sense writing skills.

You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Sorry about that. I got frustrated because I couldn't find my post any longer by using the search bar which is the way I designed it.

you see after years of reading frustrating "How To"  Articals I came to the conclusion that the only people can help are the normal people..

so I wrote a "how to" artical that was titled "how to open ports" because taking a week out of my life and trying to have PHD types decifer your posts was meaningless...


You see it's about "Getting Things done" not sitting around for months trying...

When you present a product you do it in a way s othe end user "gets it done"

When you write a "how to" you make it specific enough to where there is NO contest as to 'How it's done" That way things dont get "Messed Up" to put it in nice terms....


Programmers are hopeless in trying to "Get stuff done"

I find it funny that I spent 5 months "Trying to get it right" Reading through help files thinking "it must be me" " I must be doing something wrong" " I must be stupid"

In reality it's YOU the programmer that is the one who is flawed.


oh well, good luck to all trying to accomplish something meaningful without spending a week or months searching.
