When Creating User - Their Quota/Folder Size is Huge

Good Morning,

I am having an issue with one of my SME boxes. It is running SME 6.01 contribs version. It is acting as a PDC. When creating a new user, it states that they can't login due to their roaming profile size (roaming profiles are turned on.) When going to the server quota panel, it shows an astronomical figure beside the new user.

After searching through the forums, there aren't any threads that deal specifically with this issue but rather other related issues. One mentioned running quotacheck and fsck. Since I didn't create a boot disk, how do I boot up the server in a diagnostic mode to run these utilities so I don't damage any mounted volume? I've never really had to run these utilities and it's been a long time since I have had to that I'm a bit rusted. Anyone with any oil?
