Topic: Host Header Forwarding

I have a single static internet IP to which multiple domains point, currently on a win2k which uses host headers to serve the correct web site.
I want to take my win2k box off the net and put in an e-smith (5) as a gateway. I am wanting to route some of my domain to the win2k box which is now only on the LAN and other domains to other machines on the LAN.

All domains point to the one IP so all I have to work with for routing is the HTTP header.
Does anyone know how I can set this up.

I am a bit of a Linux newbie so verbosity is good.
