We strongly recommend all users upgrade to this release.

The downloadable iso file is available from the mirrors and from our downloads page:

I cannot locate the ISO to date, does anyone knows where to find them?  Thanks. christian

There is NO SME Server 6.5. There is only a 6.5RC1 to be tested by all. The page you are referring to is just a placeholder in case a final would be released.
