Topic: eMail disclaimer

As recently discussed in the general form, I'd like a panel that will let me add a block of text to all outgoing emails for a legal disclaimer.

I found that using Bitdefender allows one to tag on the message.This thread also metioned been able to do this with avmailgate contrib.
