Well I've racked my brain. All I want is for users to be able to connect to their IBAY by FTP. When they attempt to use FileZilla they get the response "waiting for welcome message" and it never moves on from there.
The users are part of a group. The group has access to the IBAY, and is set to Read/Write Group. Remote FTP acess is set to Allow Public Access, and FTP Passwords are set to accept from anywhere.
I've tried using the users account name and ibay name as their user name to no avail.
This must be something simple I'm overlooking. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
