Topic: intranet works fine but can't get on internet, help sme 6

Hi i've installed sme6 on 2 machines one works fine the other works well inside but will not allow me internet access
this server has 2 nics and i double checked the configuration against the other server and they are identical, what commands can i use to verify network connectivity and troubleshoot why i can't get inernet access to this machine,
any help is greatly appreciated

more data needed!   If both machines are at the same site , they must NOT be identical!  

If at different sites, I'd suspect a problem with the internet service

Thanks, for the reply they are set up identically however it appears the router was blocking access as i had a static ip set up on each machine with router performing nat and pat for me,
