Topic: Problem on updated Spam Filtering

Hi contribs,

I have problem with my E-mail server.  I am using SME 6.0.1 as my mail server.  It has been running well for almost 8 months now until the spamassassin was updated to SpamAssassin 3.0.3.  It was automatically updated last April 30, 2005.  
Starting this month of May, users can't anymore receive any e-mails.  What i did. i just disable the spam filtering then users can now receive e-mails.  However my spamassassin is not anymore running which we all know that it is not a good. I tried to reinstall the spam filtering but no luck.

The spamassassin will only run in a few minutes and all in a sudden users can't anymore receive any e-mails unless i disable spam filtering.

Is there any body experience the same problem of mine? Is there anybody can help me regarding this matter?

Hi,

I was able to solve my own problem.  There was a conflict between my ClamAV anti-virus and my SpamAssassin.  My anti-virus is not up to date so i just updated the anti-virus then everything works fine.
