Topic: Unable to unlock accounts with long names

I have set the system to use account names with upto 20 characters

/sbin/e-smith/db configuration set maxAcctNameLength 20
/sbin/e-smith/signal-event console-save

This works Ok on setting the account in the Server Manager but when I go to unlock the account by changing the password the screen just hangs.  If I change to a different menu item then back again it still shows up as locked.

I have looked in

/home/e-smith/files/users and the account has not set up a folder fof the user.

Any ideas anyone

I set esmith server 6.0.1-01 like a week ago and am trying to setup the users on it and I can't get any user accounts to unlock. I was wondering if any one knew how to get it to stop hanging and unlock the user accounts
