Since a few days, when I create a new site I have this error from my browser when I want to access it.

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, admin@......... and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

This is the message in  error_log

Any clues? I am not able to create a new site now, it's a big problem!
