I have been an e-smith/SME user for some years now, and am delighted with the stability and reliability of this great product. Grateful Thanks to everyone who has contributed in any way.

We have an issue with several domains which use TPG to host email, which is redirected to a default mailbox, which is in turn cleared using MultiPop. This has worked very happliy for some years now, but since early yesterday all emails have been going to the admin account rather than to the addressee. Once admin has them they can be forwarded successfully to the addressee internally.

At this stage there are seven domains affected, all using TPG, and all using SME Server as they have done for some years. Others not using TPG seem unaffected so far.

TPG say that they have altered nothing. Any ideas?

Geoff,

Multidrop mails have serious limitations. You need to examine the internet headers on those mails to see if there is anything unusual about them. If for some reason the delivered to header has changed but is identifiable in the header, you can set this in server manager for SME to sort and distribute the e-mails with.
