Topic: procmail error

I installed v6.0 successfully with SpamAssassin and ClamAV on last Sunday. At first day we did test to send and receive to my account at yahoo with no error, but many other accounts could not receive any emails. After looking for one complaint today, I found an error that the mail did not delivered, as below error message:

delivery 10143: success: procmail:_Couldn't_read_"/home/e-smith/files/users/bookings/.procmailrc"/did_0+0+1/

The problem was corrected and all emails have been delivered, as I did re-config each user account and select "Deliver locally" instead of "Both deliver locally and forward".
Is anyone can give me a clue why it was happened?
