I'm looking after a new client that uses SME (V6 I think) for its email and I need a bit of help. Can anyone tell me why a couple of users have only been receiving message headers and not the whole message? What can I do to fix it and/or prevent it happening again? More info:
We're based in Aus with the mail server in WA and one of the troublesome users in Victoria the other in South Aus. All users use Outlook 2000 or better.
And another question. This mail server reported an error when a message over 30MB was sent/received. Is this limit fixed or is it 'tweakable'? If so, where can I find the setting.
