Topic: nagios recompile check_nt

hello there..

I have have installed the precompiled nagios rpm's by Michael Weinberger (http://forums.contribs.org/index.php?topic=24414.msg98283#msg98283

I am wanting to use the NC_NET client on my win 2003 server to monitor the Event Logs. I have downloaded the custom check_nt.c file from here:

I am having problems when trying to recompile the check_nt file.. has anyone done this on a SME 6.01 box ?

If so, please could I have a copy of your file?

I used nagios too long ago, and I don't remember having to recompile the pre-made package. Everything worked very well right after install, I just had to configure it to talk to my servers.
I recently installed zabbix (search) and that is what I can recommend. No plugin necessary and it's full of features!
Not that I'm answering your question, just a suggestion in case things don't work out.
