Topic: Procmail Error Message

I'm getting an error message in my mail logs that I don't understand. It looks like this:

delivery 404: success: procmail:_Couldn't_create_"/var/spool/mail/jhobbs"/did_0+0+1/

Mail continues to come through just fine.

Is there something that I should be doing to deal with this?

I have Jesper's CLAMAV and SpamAssassin contribs installed.

check the .procmailrc for the user, it might lead to clues.
