Topic: FTP access restricted by user

I would like to see an option on the Collaboration > Users page that could enable/disable FTP access on a per-user basis, just as you can with VPN access.

I realize you can chroot users to a specific directory when they FTP in, but from my understanding, at this point, all users on the system can have FTP access if it is enabled globally in the Security > Remote Access panel in the server-manager.
