Topic: Mail Summary Forwarding

Hope this hasn't been covered before, but I've had a search through the site without finding anything.

I would like e-smith to send me an email (to an external email address) telling me the sender and subject of the mail I have just received.  E-mails from certain senders or with certain words in the subject could also be excluded if possible!

If this can be achieved I would like to find a way use a dictionary file to shorten some of the words in the email - a bit like the abbreviations used in sms messages.  This would allow me to get notifications of e-mails sent to my pager, whilst out of the office.

I guess this may be possible with the procmail filter installed, but can someone provide the necessary scripts.
