Using the 'Relayfax' contribs you can. That contrib will set up an e-mail account to extract fax details from an e-mail, and package up attached TIFs, forwarding them on to Hylafax.

The 'Relayfax' client will also do the creation of the e-mail and attachments for you, and e-mail it to your SME server.
