Topic: changing bounce message

I'm trying to figure out how to change the bounce message in qmail for file size.  I don't want to accept email larger than 4MB and I want the bounce to inform senders to upload their files to the address I will give them.  Can anybody inform of where the bounce message files are or what needs to be done to change that.  Thanks.  --Mark
