My SME Server works perfectly well. I added a VIA Tech 4 USB ports PCI card to the old ASSUS motherboard. The lspci command shows the following:

I used the same procedure that I had used before to install an HP4M parallel printer interface, but there is no way to print a page. I have the new versions of the
http://pciids.sourceforge.net/pci.ids and also
http://www.linux-usb.org/usb.idsNo way. What am I doing wrong ? Is there some driver missing ? The VIA Tech card has no support for Linux.
