Topic: Restrict email size outgoing

I have had an issue with some users sending out large files.  The message gets bounced and then Outlook+PandaAV chokes on the Mailer Daemon Message and locks up Outlook.  I have to uninstall the PandaAV to delete the message or wait forever for it to finish scanning the file.

Is there a way to block outgoing emails of a certain size?

You can limit the maximum message size, search here for that. it has been ansereed a few times.
