may i know what is the php version that installed for sme7?

if i want to install the horde30 for sme7, do i need to upgrade the php version?

Your best bet is to get a test server and install 7.0 beta.  php version is 4.3.9, and horde/imp/turba/ingo 3.0 are currently in the beta.  Don't know if kronolith, nag, and mnemo will make it, but Greg Swallow as some work in progress RPM's made for those.
