My company use in commercial mail address common@myfirm.ru. How can I add this user in SME Server?

I am not sure that I understand the question, but perhaps one of these will help.

(1) Simply add a user call common.

(2) Create a pseudonym called common and then send the email from here to a group of people that need to see it.

I cann't add user or create a pseudonym called common. SME Server says that user cann't be create.
